    2、 Cancel orders and refund for undelivered items
    Before the order is shipped, you can contact customer service at any time to apply for cancellation of the order. After cancellation, the paid amount will be fully refunded in its original form without any handling fees. The refund delivery time depends on your payment channel and usually takes 1-3 working days.

The watch hands are installed askew, the scales are off, and the watch stops or the time is seriously inaccurate (mechanical watch day difference exceeds ± 15 seconds). The buttons and crown function are malfunctioning. The watch mirror and case show obvious cracks during transportation (discovered upon receipt)
    Exchange (priority): We will replace your watch with a brand new one of the same model and cover the round-trip shipping cost. Refund: If you are unable to exchange the item (such as out of stock), we will process a full refund for you, including the payment for the goods and shipping costs.

    5、 Troubleshooting during the warranty period

After confirming that the watch is within the warranty scope, the customer service will send it back to the designated repair point. After the repair is completed, we will bear the return shipping cost, and the customer will bear the shipping cost.
    6、 Handling logistics and transportation issues
    We will provide you with a full refund or a free resend (at your discretion).
    If the package is detained by customs due to laws and regulations in your country/region, please contact customer service promptly.
